Last week we told you that Lenovo will be launching K4 Note, the K3 Note's successor in India in January. Today Lenovo has sent out invites for thr launch of a new handset in the countery on January 5th.

Earlier leaks revealed Fingerprint scanner, Dolby Atoms and brushed metal frame for the smartphone. The latest teaser by the Company  has confirmed that the device will  pack a 3GB
RAM. The K4 Note has been the most successful smartphone for the company as it had crossed One million sales mark on Flipkart last month. Lenovo has a lot of expectations from this smartphone too. 

TP Link Neffos

TP-LINK, widely popular for its networking services has today announced that they are entering into Smart Phone market by launching devices under Neffos Brand. The brand name is taken from Greek language that means ''Cloud'' and also has an additional meaning ''Very Exciting'', said the Company.

Neffos products are expected to be launched in Q1 2016. The company has not announced any details for Indian Market.


Google is trying to make its services more and more easy for its the users and has now took a big step to make login easy for its services. Google is now working on a new way that allows users to login in to their account without entering the password, Google will let you login to desktop with just your phone. The idea behind this method is to speed up login process.

A Reddit user Rohit paul  has shared his experience about this feature that Google is testing with a select group of users. Once authenticated with Google, you will just need to input your email address in your phone. When you enter your email you will get a notification that someone is trying to login from another device. Once you approve the login you are good to go.

This method is in early stage of testing. This feature can be turned off if the user wants, the user can always enter password and login in to their account.




WickedLeak has launched the next handset in the Note series, the Wammy Note 5. This handset sports a 5.5 inch Full HD 2.5D screen. It is powered by a Mediatek Helio P10 octa core  processor clocked at 2 GHz with Mali-T860 GPU and is coupled with 4GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage. It has 13MP rear camera and 8MP front facing camera.

BlackBerry Priv

If you love the BlackBerry Priv, but don't love its price which is $699. Then here is a good news for you guys, the BlackBerry's CEO John Chen during a conference  said that Priv will be getting a price cut in February 2016.

This handset sports a 5.4  inch QHD AMLOED display with Gorilla Glass 4 protection. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 quad core 64 bit CPU with Adreno 418 GPU, coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM. It has 18MP rear camera with 2MP front facing camera.

ZTE and Flesky

Flesky has announced that it has partnered with the Chinese  smartphone maker ZTE, to pre-install Flesky Keyboard on all new ZTE smartphones. As a result Flesky will be your default keyboard on ZTE handsets but can be changed if the user wants.

Flesky is a free application to be downloaded from Play and App Store and offers in-app purchases. In addition to a seamless typing experience, Fleksy also
provides emojis, stickers, GIFs, and a custom theme builder - which will allow ZTE users to customize the look of their keyboard.

Mi Pad 2

The Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 was available since November in Gold and Sliver color options. Now the company has launched Pink Version of the tablet with same specs as other versions. It sports a 7.9 inch screen with 1536*2048 resolution. It is powered by an Intel Atom x5-Z8500 quad core CPU clocked at 1.44 GHz. With Intel's Turbo boost technology all four cores can run as fast as 2.2 GHz, Coupled with 2GB RAM and is available in either 16GB/64GB storage options. It has 8MP rear camera with a 5MP front facing camera. A 6190 mAh battery is kept inside the tablet.

The 16GB version is priced at $189 and 64GB version costs $269.

As promised, Nvidia has pushing out Android 6.0 Marshmallow update to Nvidia Shield K1. The latest software version is 1.0

It sports a 8-inch FHD 1080p display and it is powered by a NVIDIA Tegra K1 quad core 64 bit CPU clocked at 2.2 GHz with 192 core Kepler GPU. It has 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage which can be expanded via a Micro SD slot.  The tablet was running on Android 5.0 Lollipop, but as you all know now it has got Android 6.0 update. The latest update size is 665MB and it brings a lot of improvements and changes to the tablet. Android Marshmallow brings new features to this tablet such as Google Now on Tap, Adoptable Storage - you can integrate MicroSD card with main internal storage, improved app permissions.

If you haven't got update notification then don't worry the update is rolling out in stages, so it can take time to the update to reach your tablet.

The Moto X 2nd Gen unlocked version is getting Android 6.0 Marshmallow update, the update size is 884MB, and has been spotted in U.S, Canada, Brazil, India and the U.K.

To manually check the update Go to Settings>About Phone>System Updates. Be sure to connected to Wi-Fi and make sure that battery is charged at lest 60%.
