Oppo has today announced their new after sales service policy for its new customers in India.
This includes focus on service performance , quality , understanding the customer and call for support said the comapny. The company said that it will open 200 service centers across the country.
All the new OPPO smartphone purchased from 15th December will have 2 years service warranty across all the OPPO service centers in India. As a part of the new strategy OPPO said that it believes that it is very important to understand what the customer desires and that customer support and after sales service are most important pillars of a company's goodwill and performance in any market.
