Yu has today launched its long awaited smarthone Yu Yutopia at an event in New Delhi. The smartphone sports a 5.2 inch QHD (2560*1440) resolution IPS panel display with 91% NTSC color gamut from Sharp. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 64 bit Octa Core Processor coupled with 4GB RAM and runs on Cyanogen OS 12.1 based on Android 5.1.1.
It has 21 MP auto focus rear camera with dual tone LED flash, Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF) and a 8 MP auto focus front facing camera. It has a full metal body and a fingeroprint sensor on the back.
It has 32 GB internal storage with expandable storage and packs a 3000 mAh battery and also has Quick Charge support that can charge the device from 0 to 60% in just 30 minutes. It has 4G LTE support , including ( TDD B40 2300 MHz and FDD B3 1800 MHz ) for india. It has support for hybrid Dual SIM that lets you use the second SIM slot as a micro SD slot when required. It has YU branding on bottom of the device , just top of the speaker grill . It has smart PA TFA9887, DTS and Tri- Mic technology for stereo recording and Active Noise Cancellation.
Yu Yutopia comes in Grey color and is available exclusively on Amazon.in priced at Rs. 24,999. It comes with House of Marley little bird In-ear earphones in the box.
