Huawei has launched the Honor 5X smartphone in India in Honor series. It is the succesor of Honor 4X that was launched in India last year.
It boats an unibody metal build, packs a 5.5-inch (1080*1920 pixels) Full HD display, has Dual SIM support with 4G LTE. It has a 13MP rear camera with f/ 2.0 aperture, LED Flash and a 5MP front-facing camera with f/2.4 aperture.
This smartphone is powered by an 64-bit Octa-Core Snapdragon 616 (4×1.2GHz + 4×1.5 GHz) processor with Adreno 405 GPU, coupled with 2GB RAM, 16 GB internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD. It gets power from a 3000 mAh battery.
It runs on EMUI 3.1 based on Android 5.1 Lollipop and packs a Fingerprint Sensor.
Connectivity features includes 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS.
The Huawei Honor 5X comes in Silver and Sunset Gold color options and is available for pre-order from Amazon.in and Flipkart.com pruiced at Rs. 12,999.
