Motorola Announced Android Marshmallow update for Moto G 2015 in India

As  we told you earlier, Moto G 2015 in U.S. has already got it's Android Marshmallow update. Now Motorola India has announced  on twitter that the Moto G 2015 is getting Marshmallow in India.

Motorola re-entered in India in 2014 with Moto G, and after that time Moto G has been their top seller. Moto G 3rd Gen was launched in July, 2015. It sports a 5-inch HD 720p IPS LCD screen with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, now unlike other Moto phones this is waterproof also and can survive for up to 30 minutes under 1 meter water. It is powered by Snapdragon 410 CPU with Adreno 306 GPU and has 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage. It runs on stock Android 5.1 Lollipop until now. It has a 13 mega-pixel rear camera with LED flash and 5 mega-pixel front facing camera. It gets power from 2470 mAh battery.

Motorola has recently launched Moto Turbo in India that has all the same specifications as of Moto G 2015 except, it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor and has turbo charging support.
Android 6.0 comes with new handful features like Doze mode - which increases phone's battery life by closing all the background apps while phone is idle, Google Now on Tap, new app permissions and extended support of microSD cards by which you can combine your microSD card with internal storage to increase phone's storage. 

The update weighs 2GB. So,before starting the upgrade make sure to charge
the device at least 80% and get a good Wi-Fi or 3G connection so the update will be downloaded shortly.
